KIERKI OBJECT OF KIERKI: The object of Kierki is to be the player with the highest score at the end of the game. TYPE OF GAME: Compendium Card Game AUDIENCE: Teens and Adults OVERVIEW OF KIERKI Kierki is a compendium game for 4 players. The goal of the game is to have the highest point total at the end of the game. Kierki consists of two main parts. The first part of the game consists of 7 deals where the aim is to take no tricks. the second part of the game consists of 4 deals and a game of Fan Tan. SETUP The first dealer is chosen at random and passes to the left for each new deal. The dealer will shuffle the deck and deal each player a 13-card hand, one card at a time, and clockwise. Card Ranking The ranking for Kierki is traditional. Ace is high followed by King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2 (low). In the first half of...
